Terms of Use
These terms govern browsing, submitting, claiming, and participating on The Tiny Dashboard.
Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, Community Guidelines, and applicable policies. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Eligibility
Public browsing is available to a general audience. You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, to create an account, claim a website, or participate in rewarded features. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may require email or domain verification and may merge, restrict, or remove duplicate, deceptive, or compromised accounts.
The service
The Tiny Dashboard is a discovery and ranking service. Rankings, categories, scores, eligibility, and visibility may change as signals decay, moderation occurs, or systems are improved. We do not guarantee traffic, ranking, availability, or business results.
No payments or monetary value
Rank cannot be purchased. BP, XP, badges, rankings, and other platform status are limited, revocable, non-transferable, and have no cash or real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, gifted, redeemed, withdrawn, or converted. The service does not offer gambling, cash prizes, or investment products.
Submissions and claims
You must provide accurate information and have authority to submit or claim a website. Verification does not endorse the website. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and use submitted names, logos, screenshots, descriptions, and links to operate and promote the service. You retain ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
You may not manipulate rankings; automate ads or participation; create deceptive accounts; impersonate others; interfere with security; scrape at harmful scale; submit unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or malicious content; or use the service contrary to our Community Guidelines. We may investigate, reverse rewards, remove listings, restrict access, or preserve evidence.
Third-party sites and ads
Listings and ads may link to third parties we do not control. Inclusion is not an endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and safety. Rewarded advertising is governed by our Rewarded Ads Policy and the applicable ad provider’s rules.
Intellectual property and reports
The service design, software, compilation, and branding belong to The Tiny Dashboard or its licensors. To report copyright, trademark, or other rights concerns, email legal@thetinydashboard.com with the work, location, contact details, and a good-faith statement.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or adjust ledger events when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an appeal path.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months—which is expected to be zero in the zero-payment phase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing terms
The final governing-law, venue, legal-entity, and registered-address clauses must be completed by the operator with qualified counsel before public launch. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may update these Terms prospectively with reasonable notice for material changes.
